CareLooply supports care-team coordination, family communication, incident logging, reporting, and operational reminders for small care teams.

Appropriate use

Use CareLooply for factual care operations records and communication. Do not use it as a substitute for clinical judgment, emergency services, medical diagnosis, prescription advice, or regulated telemedicine systems.

Team responsibility

Organizations are responsible for account access, consent, data accuracy, retention, exports, backups, and compliance obligations that apply to their location and care model.

Availability

The first deployment model is a single remote Linux server with binary services, PostgreSQL, reverse proxy, backups, scheduled jobs, and SMTP notifications.
