CareLooply is designed to minimize personal data while helping care teams coordinate non-medical handoffs, family updates, incident records, reports, and operational reminders.

Data handled by the product

CareLooply may store organization records, caregiver accounts, senior/client profiles, family contact details, care notes, shift handoffs, tasks, incident records, evidence files, reports, audit events, and notification metadata.

Operational controls

Teams should configure access only for authorized caregivers and administrators, keep secrets outside Git, and use the export, backup, and deletion workflows required by their operating policies.

Medical boundary

CareLooply does not provide diagnosis, prescription advice, emergency triage, insurance claims, hospital EMR functions, or regulated telemedicine services.
